Jaadin Grillhouse in Munich

We only moved nearby in 2020 and have therefore only known the place since the lockdown. Therefore I can only rate the take away service during these special times. We had the Peking Duck Festival menu for New Year's Eve. It was our absolute highlight of the day! Thanks a lot for this! Since then we had ordered 2 more times. The dishes were all delicious. Even our 3 year old son, who otherwise prefers to eat only white rice, feasted on all the dishes! The ingredients are fresh, of high quality and special. Even simple-sounding dishes such as fried noodles or vegetable soup have that certain something and are worth every penny! We are very happy to order again and hopefully on site too!

We dined here for my birthday and made reservations in advance. Incredibly attentive when we arrived and the table was beautifully decorated for our birthday. There was also a surprise dessert, which made me incredibly happy. An excellent restaurant with a very good selection of food and drinks and a very friendly staff. We didn't have to wait long for the meal either. The indoor and outdoor areas are very nice and cozy. So all in all a great restaurant that I can highly recommend! I'll be back. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

Food tastes great! However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. We had the Waiters Choice (includes 6 dishes). Approx. 15 minutes after the 6th dish came a 7th dish, although we already had the dessert menu. The service noticed that the bill for the Waiters Choice was too low. A NO GO !!!

Décoration is great, food is good but nothing amazing, service is really slow, over priced for you you are getting...

We loved it, for young and old! The food is good and freshly presented. The drinks are safely mixed, always with new creations for every taste.

We dined here for my birthday and made reservations in advance. Was incredibly attentive when we came and the table was decorated for our birthday with flowers in the shape of a heart and other little things. There was also a dessert, which made me incredibly happy. The food was amazing! There was nothing to complain about. The only thing that would be even better is a non-alcoholic drinks menu, otherwise there is only one alcoholic menu. Staff was very friendly and it looks great, is also centrally located. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

This restaurant is proof that Asian can also work excellently in upscale gastronomy. The location is very clean and designed with an eye for detail. The service is very friendly, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is very pleasant We will be back.

In short: food mediocre, unpleasant atmosphere, service mediocre, totally overpriced. The food was okay but not a highlight. Kalamari were part of the vegetarian (!) Tempura! Unfortunately not a nice atmosphere. Our table was unclean, totally lit, right next to the cash register and you sit very far away from yours. Service was very slow and not particularly attentive. The prices are extremely high and do not reflect what you get! Better to go to Cochinchina!

The taste and quality of the food are good, but not great. But relatively expensive. Significantly too few service staff for the number of tables and guests, correspondingly long waiting times.

Avoid at all Costs to eat here. The waiting times are extreme. We waited for 1 hour just to get drinks. Leave alone something to eat. The food itself was ok however, although nothing special. And to top it all of, it is also expensive! Overall a not so good experience

We went to this restaurant because it was in front of our hotel. It has been a very annoying experience with the waitress. She brought us incorrect orders 3 times whereas we did our best to patiently explain what we wanted and by pointing it on the menu several times as she didn't speak English. If mistakes can happen (nobody is perfect), it is not acceptable that the waitress was pushing us to eat the incorrect orders and that no commercial gesture has been proposed to us. We stayed more than two hours in the restaurant, with plates coming sporadically, due to all these mistakes.

The food was awesome. Everything was delicious. I only have to subtract one star, because we sometimes waited forever for the drinks or they were completely forgotten. Otherwise highly recommended.

We went there for lunch today and unfortunately only my colleague was brought a main course. My main course, which I ordered at the same time, did not come despite repeated inquiries, so I had to cancel it at the end because we had to continue. Very disappointing to experience lunch without eating.

Very cool interior and pleasant atmosphere. Service was great and the food was really good in taste. We were there with a larger group, but we still got everything right from a timing point of view. The food came relatively quickly to the table. One of the few upscale Asians in Munich and you should have tried the restaurant at least once. I can highly recommend it and I don't say that because I am Asian;) PS: Try Mango Stickyrice ?

Amazing experience all around. Thoughtful menu with impeccable execution, great atmosphere and decor. Soft shell crab and beef in leafs were out-of-this world tasty. Wine selection was impressive and service genuine and attentive. Best Asian restaurant I have experienced in Germany, second to none.

Very nice design, the service is amazing! Such a nice and caring staff. The food- don't be afraid to try new things. The thing that is really good is the unusual things. The normal things you can find in every asian restaurant are O.K-ish

We love Sunday brunch. Simply good! But is not a European brunch, rather lunch / dinner dishes, warm starters, delicious desserts. A wonderful way to look at Vietnamese. Touching specialties, trying something different from everything and sharing them. Especially the 2 day specialties. Even if you only take one of them, you should definitely share this with others, otherwise you will burst until bursting :)

Great restaurant with good service! Top food and good wines accomplished by good cocktails! Really interesting dishes as well as nice presentation! A must try is the table grills or hot pot! Authentic and really worth a visit!

Food was excellent, but service horrible. We were advised to take several plates for sharing ("because otherwise meals wouldn't be served simultaneously" - what restaurant is this?!), and then had to wait more than 1.5h for some dishes. Waiter had no clue about wine menu when asked for recommendations (and no, a wine for 80 euro is not "geil"). Will avoid this place in the future.

Great food! The place has a nice atmosphere, is quite big though, we went on a Saturday night with reservation. The restaurant was full, because of all the people maybe a bit too loud. I was expecting a bit more cosyness. Is great to go there with friends, they have large tables and good selections of drinks and wine! The food was excellent, very tasty vegetarian dishes! I especially liked the eggplant tartare

Overpriced and small dishes

We have been coming here since it opened, the food is great and the closest thing I have had to mums cooking since leaving home, especially the braised chicken ginger dish and papaya salad. However the service has become a little more slow / inattentive with each visit. Albeit the staff are very friendly, it is unfortunate we need to wait 30-50 mins between courses and even for the bill, having to request with the waiter/waitress numerous times makes the experience unpalatable. Hope the review can offer insight for some adjustments and improvements as we do enjoy it and have raved about this place to friends who’ve come to visit.

The food is spectacular, be sure to try the Duck Curry you won't be disappointed!

The Jaadin was recommended to us by friends. Have reserved a table for 4 people to celebrate the birthday of our daughter. I think it's great that there are still restaurants that go to so much trouble and do not just want to settle and pocket money. It was a great surprise to get a set birthday table without announcement. In addition, my daughter got at the end of a cake with an ice cream on the house. Two very courteous ladies from the service also congratulated my daughter. The food and everything around it is really worthwhile. I think if you run such a great gastronomy, you have to say that to the people. Please keep it up and do not let it go. We will definitely be back and recommend you! Thanks for the great birthday !!

Amazing food, great setting - try especially the mango salad!

Very friendly staff. Delicious food. Fast service. Upper class ambience. Fun to go there, but not cheap.

When one goes to a restaurant, of course one pays for the chic interior and attentive service as well as the food itself. But no matter how beautiful the place is, if the food doesn't live up to the price point, it's ultimately a disappointment for me. Unfortunately Jaadin is one such place. Dishes were all ok, presented beautifully but nothing sensational or techinically complicayed to prepare. Small portions of each dish are designed to make you order many dishes and the bill piles up very quickly. I can definitely say i know other places in Munich alone that offeres more for that price or cheaper.

Ich habe nie solche asiatisches essen gehabt.Great price - quality combination. Fish makes very fresh impression and tastes really good.. We were here twice so far, and are going to come again..

Very chic atmosphere and super nice service. The food was very good throughout. The sharing concept is something different - but it worked great. And you do not have to share the dessert ? Especially the eggplant in peanut sauce was amazing. Everything was nicely done. Cheap it is not, but you get good quality. I'll be back again for sure.

A nice place to stay but not for just a beer

Very nice, modern restaurant. Cozy lighting mood, stylishly furnished. The big room is cleverly divided, you feel good. Fast, attentive but not intrusive staff. The quality of the products is excellent, taste everything top. Very large wine selection. Drinks and food are of course priced slightly, but 1. Are these just the usual prices in Munich, 2nd on the Leopoldstraße I have already paid more for wine and beer, 3. The quality of the products makes up for it. Both of us have the starter for two and a main course, the portions are big enough. We will be back.

Outstanding , surprising and definitively good. This restaurant is a must if you like the Asian food. Great service, great atmosphere. I recommand the duck - probably the 2nd best duck i ever eat in a European Restaurant! (Number 1 is the duck prepared at the restaurant Chang Palace in Paris).
